Dutch Initiatives are Promoting a 1st Preparatory Meeting for the 1st European Sustainable Phosphorus Conference

The Dutch Nutrient Platform (Ger Pannekoek) and Dutch Value Chain Agreement (Arnoud Passenier) are pushing a 1st Preparatory Meeting for the 1st European Sustainable Phosphorus Conference. A first preparatory meeting is taking place on August 29, 2012 in Stockholm. Several Global TraPs members are joining the preparatory meeting and looking for synergies between the European P Conefernce and the 1st Global World Traps Conference (in Beijing, June 18-20) in 2013.

The preparatory meeting will take place as a side event of the UNEP World Water Week 2012, which also runs an interesting meeting on Nutrients: Food Production versus Pollution - the dilemma.
